Furthermore, the quarterback is going to be appearing on his close friend and teammate’s podcast. Mahomes will be featured on the New Heights podcast with his teammate Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce.

The Kelce brothers recently revealed that Travis Kelce’s teammate and close friend, Patrick Mahomes was going to be making a special appearance on their podcast. The tight-end-quarterback duo has been through many highlight-worthy moments together. It would not be far-fetched to say that both players are responsible for the Kansas City Chiefs winning the Super Bowl in 2020.

Recently, the Kelce brothers made a special announcement. They announced an appearance of the quarterback on their famous podcast. They put out a teaser on Twitter, wherein they shared a short clip. After giving Mahomes an outstanding welcome, the brothers talked about getting Mahomes on the podcast.

Mahomes shared an interesting detail regarding his appearance on the podcast. The quarterback spoke about the funny interaction he and Kelce had between weeks 3 and 4 wherein the tight end had awkwardly invited him onto the podcast. He mentioned how his teammate had just asked him in passing and Mahomes had agreed to appear. He also said, “Never heard anything else until you came at me on Twitter” The duo seemed excited on the podcast, indicating how they are as friends and teammates.

Mahomes and Kelce have been great teammates on the field as well as really good friends off the field. Both of the Chiefs’ players associate their achievements with their team’s efforts. In their personal lives, they remain very close and share a beautiful friendship. The players were part of the team that Mahomes led to a victory in the 2020 Super Bowl.

The duo has also attributed their successes to each other in the past. In an interview, Mahomes was asked how much of his success did he associate with Kelce. The quarterback replied, “I attribute a ton of mine to Travis. I mean, almost all of it.” The duo seems to share a picture-perfect professional and personal relationship. It remains to be seen if they can lead the Chiefs to another Super Bowl.
