However, Gronk revealed his experience while living on the property.

The former NFL TE lived in the Towers of Channelside. The penthouse was on the 28th floor and had an exuberant view of Tampa Bay. The owner listed the property at $5.4 Million, the most expensive in the skyscraper. But Rob Gronkowski provided a resident’s perspective and had some negative comments on the space. Gronk took to Instagram stories and expressed his concerns.

Rob Gronkowski mentioned, “This unit is a dump since I moved in. It was the only option at that time. The whole unit needs to be redone. The owner is trying to rip people off/He is not a good guy. Stop using my name to sell it.”

During his two NFL seasons with the Bucs in 2020 and ’21, Gronk lived on the property. The residential property has some classic amenities of its own. But the former NFL TE’s experience says otherwise.

What does Gronk’s former Tampa Bay house look like?
The property where Tom Brady’s teammate and best friend lived is on the 28th floor of the Towers of Channelside. It includes one of the development’s six private cabanas and an over 1,000-square-foot wraparound patio with panoramic views of the city and Port Tampa Bay. As per Mansion Global, the penthouse was last listed for $849,000 when it was acquired from the developer in 2011.

The property has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an open floor plan, a gas fireplace, and 12-foot ceilings. A media lounge, a private elevator entrance, and three parking bays are also available. A chef’s kitchen with a countertop, two ovens, two sinks, and wine storage is also included.
