Team chemistry and team morale are very important to ensure success in the sport. When a team collectively suffers a huge loss, it makes it harder for the team to bounce back. This is a very possible case for the Denver Broncos. With a sad record last season, there might be some demotivation among players. However, Payton might have a plan.

While on the show, Payton spoke about his team and the kind of adversity they faced with their tough season. He also mentioned that the team has to achieve closure before they can move on to the next season. He also mentioned that the team will be meeting after Easter weekend to ensure that important information that would be crucial to winning is shared. This also involved bringing in golf as an activity for the whole team.

Payton also spoke about the meeting he wants to have with his team. He described the meeting and said. “I don’t want to say no nonsense, but here are the things that are going to help us win. That’s kind of where we’re at a little bit this offseason for us needs to be needs to be difficult. So there’ll be a time maybe we do an activity like golf.”
