After four years, Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes have decided to sell their midcentury home, now listed just below $3 million. The ranch-style house, originally built in the 1950s, underwent renovations worth $400,000.

Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a nearly 4,800 square feet open-concept living space. The interior boasts elegant blonde hardwood floors, built-in features, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the rooms with natural light. This thoughtfully designed home offers three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious and inviting ambiance.

Mahomes’ real estate extravaganza
According to Realtor.com, Mahomes is the proud owner of a lavish mansion in Dallas, which he acquired for a staggering $3.37 million in 2020. In addition, he possesses a modest apartment in Missouri that he obtained in 2017 when he was still a rookie. However, despite his attempt to put it on the market in 2019, the apartment failed to attract any buyers.

Moreover, he has recently acquired a prime piece of real estate in the exclusive Loch Lloyd country club community of Kansas City, paying a whopping $400,000. Per source DIRT, the reason behind the decision to sell the ranch house is that he already owns other properties nearby, and he intends to construct a personalized mansion on a plot of land, that will even have a half-football field.
