Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen ended their marriage of thirteen years this October. And it seemed to have stemmed from TB12’s decision to come out of his retirement after 40 days of announcing it. At 42, Gisele didn’t want to wait around for companionship. And it seems like she has found someone to keep herself serene and relaxed.

Brady crashed out of the NFL playoffs this year after a 31-14 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. However, Gisele seems to have had no bad days since. After a stunning comeback into the fashion world with a Louis Vuitton collaboration, she is back in Costa Rica. And she isn’t alone. Accompanying her is the family Jiu-Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.

Sources still ambiguous about Gisele Bündchen and Valente’s relationship

This is not the first time that Gisele’s new dating rumors have made the round. Joaquim Valente captured the attention of the world after he spent the previous Costa Rica outing with Gisele and her kids. Valente owns the Valente Brothers Martial Arts and Self-Defence academy in Miami. Previously, sources close to both denied a romantic relationship. However, this trip is sans the kids and the insiders aren’t so sure anymore.

“Gisele adores and trusts [Joaquim] and has been spending a lot of time with him, but I don’t think it’s a traditional dating scenario. They have a deep personal relationship, and he is a teacher to her and the kids. Whether it will ever become more than that rests on the table,” one insider source told PEOPLE.

Also, Gisele and Joaquim were spotted running together recently in Costa Rica. And Gisele can’t seem to get enough of the country experience.

Tom Brady was more “traditional” for Gisele

Brady couldn’t have made the trips to Costa Rica owing to the tough regular season the Tampa Bay Buccaneers went through this year. And Gisele never married the former New England Patriots QB for the vacations and self-defence training. Bündchen married Brady for his values and mental strength in any situation.

Gisele wrote about Tom Brady in her book, ‘Lessons: My Path to A Meaningful Life’. According to the millionaire supermodel, Brady’s ability to maintain his cool, even during an emergency, was supremely impressive after the stormy past relationships she had been through.

Gisele and Joaquim’s bond is not limited to Costa Rica. The martial arts instructor also helped Gisele with her new Miami house set-up. And surely, Tom Brady will run into his potential replacement, now that the QB is in Miami after his NFL season ended.
