Following the death of Randi Mahomes‘ mother, Debbie Martin, and her son Jackson Mahomes‘ arrest on assault charges, the beloved NFL family is enduring a tough time. And, in her recent social media, she expressed her concerns about something else that is stressing her.

Patrick Mahomes‘ mother has been struggling throughout the year to find peace amidst controversies, her mother’s unfulfilled fund, and Jackson’s arrest. Recently, another incident has left her feeling confused and fearful, prompting her to share her emotions on Twitter.

Randi feels the world is a disappointment!

On Twitter yesterday, Randi expressed her thoughts about a terrifying experience she had when she encountered a man openly carrying a gun in Texas. She shared, “Yesterday at the grocery store there was a man with his son that had a hand gun on his belt….” In addition, she wrote, “And honestly i wasn’t sure if i felt a bit safer or afraid.. so i went home fast. Sad the world we live in.. 🙏🏽”

According to reports from Marca, Randi’s statement seems to touch upon the ongoing debate in America regarding whether the presence of guns among the population enhances safety or poses greater risks. It is well-known that the United States of America has a culture and political discourse that includes firearms. Millions of people own guns, and there are numerous instances where they have been used unlawfully. For Randi, it was indeed a frightening incident.

The constant pain of Randi

Recently, Randi took to Instagram to commemorate the third month since her mother’s passing. She shared a post where she fondly remembers her mother, whose health had deteriorated in April and was eventually hospitalized and placed in intensive care before her death on April 5 of this year. In honor of her mother, Randi initiated a scholarship fund for students.

The original goal was to raise $15,000, but the fund has currently gathered only approximately $6,000. Unfortunately, the troubles for Jackson Mahomes seem to persist. Despite numerous controversies, he also faced accusations of sexual assault and battery. While he has been released on bail after paying the bond, the case is still ongoing, and he is not entirely out of legal trouble yet.
