The San Francisco 49ers agreed on a massive 6-year contract extension with star offensive lineman Trent Williams. The Former Washington player ensured his long-term future will be in the bay after penning the new deal.
Despite enduring a shaky start to life in San Francisco, the veteran NFL defensive star is now the top-paid offensive lineman in the league. He is set to rake in a massive $138.06 million over the next six years. That includes a signing bonus of $30,100,000.
Many fans and fellow colleagues took to Twitter to congratulate the 32-year-old 49ers man. One of them was Green Bay Packers star David Bakhtiari. He also reacted to this massive deal, with a twist, of course.

The NFC North franchise was once again knocked out in the NFC Championship Game last season. Prior to that year, it was no one else but the 49ers who knocked out the Packers at the same stage.
