Rob Gronkowski is living his retired life to the fullest. He is preparing to get back on the field for the Super Bowl, although just for a charity event. He showed off his kicking abilities in a training montage for the Fanduel ‘Kick of Destiny’ event. And that was enough for the NFL world to urge the Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to sign the legendary tight end for the playoffs.

The Cowboys breezed past the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC wildcard playoff with a dominant display. The only department they struggled in was kicking the ball between the sticks.

The video was enough to convince the NFL world that the former tight end can kick the football. So much so that many fans urged Jerry Jones to sign Gronkowski for the Cowboys. Here are a few fan reactions.

“Jerry Jones has entered the chat,” a fan said on the post.

You kick better than Brett Maher tho…,” another fan commented.

“Gotta be better than the dude from Dallas last night,” another fan reminded of the Cowboys kicker fiasco.

“You would have done better than the cowboys kicker last,” one more fan chimed in.

69% better than the cowboys kicker,” a fan said in the comments.

“He can play for the cowboys now lol,” the Maher references keep coming in.

The Cowboys kicker Brett Maher missed four PAT attempts in the playoff clash with the Buccaneers. As the Cowboys go deeper into the playoffs, one point can be the difference between a win and a loss in the Super Bowl. Surely, Gronk is enjoying the retired life too much to return to the league as a kicker.
