Aaron Rodgers’ injury
The Monday night season opener against the Bills was nothing short of a nightmare for the Jets. The harrowing moment took place when the Bills’ linebacker Leonard Floyd tackled Rodgers in the early five minutes of the game. Initially, A-Rod looked fine, but after a few minutes, Rodgers sat on the ground, crumbling in the pain. After the medical scans, it turned out that A-Rod had torn his Achilles tendon, which potentially ended his season.
Now the Jets’ camp will be looking forward to their upcoming matches. Zach Wilson will be taking on Rodgers’ role and in the preseason games, Wilson portrayed promising gameplays, giving a moment of relief to the Jets. However, the Jets are aiming to end their decades-long Super Bowl drought. They only have one championship trophy in their cabinet, which they won in 1969. As the New York Jets progresses in the season, what do you think the future holds for the Jets?
