Bündchen is a big name who showcases her concern for the ecosystem. However, a top-ranking politician called out Gisele for being unaware of the facts about the country.

Tereza Cristina Dias had some stern words over Gisele Bündchen. The hosts queried the politician about the PR issues that developed because of Bündchen’s criticism during a radio interview. She argued Gisele’s environmental efforts harmed the country’s reputation internationally. The supermodel spoke against the government’s plans to roll back environmental regulations.

Gisele Bündchen is a UN environment goodwill ambassador and advocate for biodiversity and wildlife. As per Hypebeast, Harvard University and UCLA have honored the supermodel for the supermodel’s sustained devotion to environmental concerns. The supermodel did not respond to the criticism at first. However, she retaliated with an answer.

After Tereza Cristina Dias called out Gisele Bundchen with the harsh remark, She responded with an unusual counterattack. As per The Guardian, the supermodel and environmentalist wrote a letter addressing the minister, which was also published in the Brazilian media.

Bundchen expressed amazement at the disparaging remark in her letter. She said her critiques were scientific and were from a worried Brazilian resident. Gisele called the people bad Brazilians who perform unlawful destruction and trespassing on public grounds. Furthermore, Gisele also stated in the message that her grandparents were farmers, and she recognized the significance of agriculture in Brazil.
