Time and again, the Victoria’s Secret Angel kept reminding her partner to prioritize his family above everything else. But the quarterback always remained passionate about his craft.

The duo met each other on a blind date in 2006 and after dating for three years, they got married in 2009. Brady and Bündchen share two kids, a son Benjamin and a daughter Vivian. As an ideal partner, Bündchen also became a guardian for Brady’s oldest son Jack whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. To look after the family and kids, Bündchen stayed away from her modeling career.

Despite all these adjustments and mutual understanding, things went wrong between them. Well, some of the reasons can be extracted from her book, ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’. “Before Tom and I were married we talked a lot about how we wanted our relationship to develop,” Bündchen mentioned in her narration.

“I expressed that I wanted an independent relationship, not a codependent one. I see marriage as two people walking side by side, growing individually and together, never giving up the essence, who they are, or their dreams,” she added before detailing more qualities about her partner.
