The Denver Broncos have now lost their starting offensive tackle, Garett Bolles. According to the reports, the player broke his lower right leg. The injury occurred on the field against the Indianapolis Colts in their Week 5 matchup. The Broncos hope that the injury will not be as significant as initially feared. However, no time frame has been attached to the player’s return.

They lost to the Indianapolis Colts with a score of  9-12. While both teams failed to score even a solitary or customary touchdown, it was the Denver Broncos who managed to lose a game between two toothless offenses. The team went all in for quarterback Russell Wilson this off-season. Even after taking on a massive contract that comes with the player. The Denver Broncos have not seen any positive return on their investment. On the contrary, last night, they saw Wilson’s grim performance.

In spite of the fact that he did not throw a single touchdown, the two interceptions did not help the team. Arguably if he had not thrown the late fourth-quarter pick, the Colts would have run out of time. On the other hand, they got the ball right back, that too, into their end zone. And while all the Bronco fans and head coach Nathaniel Hackett wished, they just took a field goal. It was too late as the Colts leveled the score at 9 a piece.

While the Broncos reminisce about past triumphs, the fact is, they have their star quarterback, which they wanted for many of the past seasons. The only question remains, is he the quarterback they needed? And if Wilson indeed is the guy, now would be high time to start showing it.
