With their recent performance, the Raiders have just gone down to 1-4, losing a close game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite showcasing a fabulous performance, Derek Carr and Co couldn’t surpass the lead posted by Patrick Mahomes.
After the game, Adams was walking back into the locker room when instantly, a cameraman popped up in front of him. Out of frustration, the five-time Pro-Bowler, without a second thought, shoved the man with two hands landing him on the ground.
For a moment, the veteran stopped and then marched into the tunnel. Feeling sorry for what he had done, the wideout apologized for his behavior, reaching the locker room and posting a Tweet on Thursday after his game which clearly didn’t go well with the fans. “Sorry to the guy I pushed over after the game,” Adams wrote.

“Obviously very frustrated at the way the game ended, and when he ran in front of me as I exited that was my reaction, and I felt horrible immediately. That’s not me. MY APOLOGIES man hope you see this.” he added. Indeed, the game of football is often a heated one, and that too losing a close game certainly invokes frustration.
Here’s how the NFL world reacted to Davante Adams and his behavior
The Raiders lost 3 0-29 to the Chiefs on Monday Night Football. Adams was clearly not happy with the result because he showcased a great performance, he hauled in three catches for 124 yards and connected for two touchdowns, but all went in vain. One of the fans was busy recruiting the veteran back to the Packers.

However, this fan was not convinced by Adams’ apology.
Garbage apology on social media. That’s so you try and not look bad to the fans. Too late. You pushed someone down who was trying to do there job. I guess when I’m having a bad day I should push the barista down as they walk in front of me then just post an I’m sorry in Twitter

Another fan was not worried about the wideout’s actions.

However, this fan was worried about the wideout’s image getting tarnished due to this.
This is a face to face apology type of thing man, no need to do a public tweet about it. This only hurts your image more, nothing but love big bro, but you know better. Keep your chin up.
