“Gap Between Jalen Hurts and Brock Purdy Is Massive”: Philadelphia Eagles Expected to Trounce 49ers as QB ‘Mis-Match’ Becomes Focal Point of NFC Championship Game

Interestingly, the rivalry between Purdy and Hurts dates back to their college days, exactly 1,177 days ago, per Yahoo Sports. When the Lowa State Cyclones locked horns with the Oklahoma Sooners in a Big 12 showdown in 2019, the game turned out to be a high-scoring thriller.

Although Hurts went home winning the game, a young Purdy stunned the opponents with his unreal comebacks. He narrowed the 20-point deficit to a single point and posted a score of 40 against the Sooners’ 41.
