Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have officially ended 13 years of marriage. The seven-time Super Bowl champion and Brazilin model announced the finalization of their divorce via social media.

The announcement does not come as a big surprise to fans as rumors of their divorce began circulating weeks in advance. Brady and Bündchen have stated that they will co-parent their children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen agree on one thing

The former star couple seems to be on the same page regarding the well-being of their children. Both Brady and Bündchen emphasized that their children were the top priority.

In her statement, Bündchen stated that her children were always her priority and will continue to be so. Brady echoed similar views in his statement. Although the couple put out individual statements, they both expressed similar sentiments.

People magazine reported that the former couple’s children have a schedule but are free to see either parent they want. People’s source stated, “The kids adore them both, and they’ll have full access to both- whenever they want.” 

It is also reported that neither Brady nor Bündchen would stop their kids from meeting the other parent. Brady and Bündchen have shown how serious they are about raising their children in a loving environment. Recently, Brady posted a picture of himself and his children dressed up for Halloween.

Brady’s woes on the field

Tom Brady is dealing with difficulties both on and off the field. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback looks less like his former self with every game. The Bucs are currently at 3-5 and have suffered three consecutive losses.

Although the quarterback is by far the most accomplished quarterback in the league, his offense is suffering. The Bucs are set to face the Los Angeles Rams in their next game.
