The Nebraska Cornhuskers are undergoing some intense training during their camps under the guidance of the head coach, Scott Frost. Although they are training hard, it comes at a cost. On his radio show, Husker Sports Nightly, the HC blew people’s minds and maybe turned their stomachs too. He said that while practicing, the Cornhuskers O-linemen have vomited at least 15-20 times in each session. The cause is not the players’ conditioning, but Donovan Raiola’s coaching style. Seeing this, the NFL Insider Ian Rapoport had to convey his thoughts for which he faced a lot of criticism on Twitter.

The head coach of the team said, “It’s not because they’re not in shape – he’s just working them hard… I think they love it. He’s kind of freed them up to go be aggressive and I love the way they’re coming off the ball.”
The sports writer did not find this a viable excuse and gave his views.
The fans bashed Ian Rapoport
Even though Rapoport is a respected NFL Insider, this was not his best moment. As after he sent out the Tweet, he was met with criticism. The fans have conflicting views about this information.
Definitely something to celebrate 🤦🏻♂️🙄 https://t.co/msE6yXwihT

The information shared by the head coach is definitely out of the box. However, fans did not wait to express and react to Rapoport’s tweet.
Frost hopes for all the hard training to work out. The team is 15-27 under the coaching of Frost. Cornhuskers are yet to qualify for a bowl game during his tenure as a head coach.
Fans’ crazy reaction to Rapoport
A user who pointed out that the players have not spoken out on the topic.
Funny how the players never complain about this, only the analysts who don’t play.

A user who finds this normal defends the statement of the head coach.
Did you play Ian? Ever been in a huddle or walking up to the line when a teammate blows chunks? Perfectly normal.

This user who understands how important it is to work hard to get better at the sport fully supports the players.
Yes it is! This is a brutal sport and most all CHAMPIONS puke for their insane work ethic. Michael Irvin used to run routes after practice was over, puke in the middle and keep going. That’s how you build CHAMPIONS!
No PARTICIPATION THOPHY’S HERE @RapSheet— john Rathsam (@ratcowboy) August 19, 2022
A user who thinks the coach probably exaggerated while talking about the practise sessions.
It’s funny bc one guy probably puked or a couple, I wrestled and it happened quite frequently in college, and Scott exaggerated. It something a lot of ppl do like when I was 10 we used go down this huge hill in a tire! Grows up goes back to hill and it’s more like a small incline

Again, seems like fans find this information to be normal.

Out of all the Tweets which spoke against Ian Rapoport, this one stands out. It talks about how this could possibly lead to a problem for the teams and the players.
I’m prettttty sure if I was responsible for these athletes as a trainer I would have to report that to my boss. That is just improper load management and negligence. Cool flex?

Many will question the practises of the team. However, they are trying to train in the best way possible and they also prepare to protect the new starting QB of the team, Casey Thompson this season.
