According to Florida law, it is required for parents who have minor children and are seeking divorce to complete a four-hour ‘Parent Education and Family Stabilization’ course. Parents must complete the course within 45 days after filing for separation. Then they should submit the completion certificates to the court before entering the final judgment.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen share two kids together. A 12-year-old son, Benjamin Rein, and a 9-year-old daughter, Vivian Lake. Brady also is the father of 15-year-old John Edward whom he co-parents with his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan.
Fox News reported that the 45-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB completed the course on October 25th. And the former runway model completed the course on October 26th. What the course does is “educate, train, and assist divorcing parents in regard to the consequences of divorce on parents and children.”

The couple put an end to all the speculation when they announced their separation. Their hiring of counsel for their divorce became public knowledge.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel filed the divorce paperwork at the Glades County Courthouse in Moore Haven, Florida on Friday. In the court documents, it was stated that the couple planned to divorce because their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
The couple did not visit the court but filed for a divorce electronically. On Friday 28th, Brady and Bündchen let their followers know that they ‘amicably’ came to the decision to separate. “My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart.
