2X Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany are putting their net worth to good use. The QB recently also signed a multi-year extension of his endorsement with Air Share, a private aviation company that caters to Mahomes’ travel needs. With various endorsements and his massive 10-year $450 million contract, the Kansas City Chiefs QB boasts an impressive portfolio of real estate. Over the years, he and his wife Brittany have purchased four different luxury properties for themselves.

And now, the NFL couple is making a massive $3 million decision. And this decision is to ensure their progress in building an even better real-estate portfolio in the coming days ahead.

Patrick Mahomes and his wife to part ways with their Missouri mansion

Back in 2019, the 2X Super Bowl-winning QB purchased a 4,8000 square-foot mansion in Country Club District in Kansas City for $1.9 million. Built back in 1953, the home boasts four bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a dining room, and much more. It also includes luxury amenities such as a heated pool, fire pit, exercise room, as well as an office.

And now, four years after purchasing the property, Patrick Mahomes and his wife are ready to part ways with this Missouri mansion. While the home is estimated today to be around $2.3 million in the market, the Chiefs QB has decided to put this house on sale with an asking price of $2.9 million. The property is situated on 1.4 acres of land and has been used by Mahomes and his family as their residence in Kansas City.

Mahomes builds a new mansion

Earlier this year, Patrick Mahomes secured a plot of land in Cass County, Missouri. And after purchasing the property, he started building his dream home with his wife Brittany. The new mansions boast various luxurious amenities, such as a giant pool, a private pond, and a small golf course amongst others. Not only this, Mahomes also built a small abbreviated football field, with his logo in the middle and his name at the end zones of the field. With the construction of the property being completed, it seems that this new mansion will serve as the dream home for the Mahomes family.
