Tom Brady‘s summer adventures with his kids show no signs of slowing down. On Tuesday, the retired pro football player, aged 45, shared videos on his Instagram Story, capturing their exciting riverside vacation and the various water activities they enjoyed. It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time Brady has embarked on aquatic expeditions with his children. Just about 45 days before his 46th birthday, Brady continued to demonstrate his passion for water-related activities.

He was spotted in Greece, delighting in the deep waters and creating cherished memories with his kids. Brady even playfully questioned his parenting skills, and his story garnered unexpected backlash from concerned fans. Although the playful banter may appear harmless, it inadvertently sheds light on a more pressing issue – the concerning number of child drownings in the United States. Recently, Brady took his kids on another water outing, this time opting for a more daring yet potentially frightening experience.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady recently shared a series of Instagram stories, giving his followers a glimpse of his exciting riverside outing. One video showed Brady’s children, Benjamin, Vivian, and Jack, bravely jumping off a high cliff into the water. Jack, aged 15, leaped with a friend while Benjamin, 13, watched from the dock. Following her older brother’s lead, Vivian, aged 10, quickly followed suit. After her, Benny too hesitantly followed her, while Brady shoot the video.

Brady added the “😂😂” caption to the video, along with the song “Jump” by Kris Kross. In another post, Brady affectionately referred to his son as “Jackie” and shared a photo of him at a shooting range. Previously, during a vacation in Greece, Brady and his children also took a plunge into the water, which drew some criticism. However, this recent cliff jump raises more serious concerns, as it involved a higher height and lacked the presence of safety measures. This situation highlights the need for increased attention to water safety in the US.

The alarming issue of kids drowning in the waters in the US

After enjoying a thrilling ride on the “Tower of Terror” at Walt Disney World in Florida, Tom Brady embarked on a European adventure with his three children, about 20 days ago. During their time in Greece, Brady allowed his kids to have some fun on hand-held jet skis, although he humorously questioned his parenting skills in an Instagram Story. Sharing a video of his beloved trio jumping from a yacht and enjoying the jet skis, Brady pondered, “Not sure if this is good parenting or bad.” It’s important to acknowledge, however, that tragedy recently struck during a fishing trip in northeastern Quebec.

Provincial police reported a heartbreaking incident where four children and one man lost their lives in a village. The bodies of the four children, all aged over 10, were tragically discovered unresponsive on the river bank. These devastating events remind us of the concerning statistics surrounding drownings in the US. On average, 3,500 to 4,000 individuals lose their lives to drowning each year, translating to approximately ten fatal incidents daily. Shockingly, 945 of those victims are children. These alarming figures emphasize the urgent need for awareness and precautionary measures.
