Captioning it “Leg Day”, Chris Gronkowski took to his Instagram story to share a video of himself, working out. He was doing some hack squats, showing off his incredible physique.

Chris wanted to invent something that personified these and he made the Ice Shaker. The Ice Shaker is a unique shaker that can be used throughout the day with its insulated insides. The Gronk brothers even went on to pitch the Ice Shaker on Shark Tank and were able to bag an amazing deal. Chris was able to bring in a joint offer from Mark Cuban and Alex Rodriguez for $150,000 and a 15% stake. Since then, his venture that helps the fitness industry has been bustling.

While Chris Gronk decided to leave the NFL earlier than his brother, the Gronk brother has gone on to make a successful business that helps the fitness industry. With his Instagram stories, and his own influence in fitness, time will tell Chris Gronk’s next move in fitness.
