The Dallas Cowboys lost a key player in the form of Amari Cooper during the offseason. There is a void in their wide receiver core that needs to be addressed. So far, it seems like Jerry Jones is happy with what he has on the team.

However, that could change pretty quickly. It all depends on the availability of the right player. Once the right player is available on the market, we can see Jerry Jones and the Cowboys splashing their assets for him. He added, “So, we’ll see with the whole thing with Deebo, would that be the best fit? Yeah, he just does so much for you, but would [Cowboys offensive coordinator] Kellen Moore be able to use him like we’ve seen him being used in San Francisco?”

Deebo Samuel is one of the elite talents in the NFL. The way he can explode in two ways is quite remarkable. The San Francisco 49ers used him as a running back as well as a wide receiver. Due to this ability, he can fit into any system.

If he ends up with the Dallas Cowboys, then both parties will be pretty happy. Samuel will get his much-desired wish of playing like a traditional WR, and the Cowboys will finally have an upgrade over Amari Cooper.

Moreover, Deebo Samuel can ease the pressure on Ezekiel Elliot. He can occasionally assist in running the ball, as he did for the 49ers. The addition of Deebo Samuel can immediately make the Cowboys a contender for the Super Bowl. It will be interesting to see if Jerry Jones makes an attempt to bring him on board.
