It seems NFL quarterback Tom Brady and his comeback to football has been something every NFL fan on the planet was demanding since he stepped away. All the fans now seem to be sharing their jubilation after his recent announcement and that includes his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. She was elated at the news of his comeback in 2022 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and took to Twitter.
Brady and Moynahan were dating each other back in 2003, and they separated in 2006. They also are co-parenting 14-year-old son Jack, and it seems their separation was amicable and respectful.

She also seems like a hard-core NFL fan and tweeted, “Thank God, I had no idea what I was going to do with my Sundays. Congratulations…”

His return will mark Brady’s 23rd season in the league, and he will be looking to add one more ring to his 7 Super Bowl ring collection. Moynahan has since gone on to have a successful career in Hollywood and is currently married to businessman Andrew Frankel since 2015. She was supportive of Brady as he announced his intention to walk away last month.
Tom Brady is coming back with some unfinished business
The legendary NFL QB left his fans wanting more after a career-best season in 2021. It seems Brady is like a fine wine and continues to be better with every passing year. During the 2021 NFL campaign, he recorded 5,316 passing yards resulting in 43 TD passes and having only 12 interceptions.

In his announcement, Brady states his belief that he can still play the game and that sitting in the stands feels foreign to him. His two-month break from football seems to also have given him perspective. With the support of his family, he will be coming back determined to win football games again.
It was a perfectly timed message as the Buccaneers have now received a welcome boost for their ambitions next season.

It was towards the end of his announcement that excited fans who sense there is unfinished business left. Every NFL fan knows what a fiery competitor Brady is on the football field. His comeback to the league will be far from a farewell tour. The 7-time Super Bowl champion is coming, and it isn’t good news for any team on their fixture list.
