Celebrating John “Jack” Edward Thomas’ 16th birthday on August 22, the 43-year-old model took to social media to share a heartfelt tribute. Gisele Bündchen posted a touching tribute online. She shared a throwback photo holding a young Jack, paired with a recent image of them. Another snapshot featured Jack with her ex-husband’s kids, Benjamin Rein and Vivian.

The caption expressed her feelings, “I can’t believe that you are turning 16! I remember when you were just a little peanut and now you are towering over me. I am so lucky to have you in my life and I will always be here for you no matter what!” Furthermore, Jack’s father, Tom Brady, also paid tribute to his son on Instagram with a caption that read, “16 years of joy with the….son, brother, friend and teammate any parent could ever hope for. You have changed our lives since the day you were born.”
