A heartbreaking defeat for the Broncos

The Denver Broncos were off to a poor start this season. Losing by 1 point to the Las Vegas Raiders was heartbreaking for Broncos fans. The Broncos’ QB dominated the first half, completing passes and scoring 13 points. However, things went down south in the second half with the Broncos only adding 3 points. What can be more crushing than losing? Losing by just 1 point, the Raiders managed to score 17 points during the game.

In the interaction with the media after the game, Russell Wilson admitted that one or two plays more and they could have won the game. He promised, “We are excited about who we are and where we’re going to be. I think the biggest thing is to continue to push, got another opportunity next week. Gotta come back ready to swing and go get a win.

The Denver Broncos will face off against the Washington Commanders on 18th September. For the time being, however, to cope with this defeat, he has turned to a higher power.

The saving grace of God

Now, taking a leaf out of Sander’s book, Russell Wilson has placed his faith in God to carry him through this defeat. In an Instagram story, he wrote, “You have to be willing to climb the mountain without seeing the top. Trust in God and keep moving forward, no matter what!!🙏
