Aaron Rodgers and the Packers suffered another defeat at the hands of the Lions. Several cheeseheads would comment that it was the team’s doomsday. However, an optimistic Packers QB1 has some encouraging words for his squad.

Aaron Rodgers made his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday. He expressed his feelings following their divisional rival’s historic loss at Ford Field in Detroit. Ty Schmit questioned how the QB1 maintains upbeat amid injury concerns in the franchise and ongoing setbacks. Rodgers had the perfect answer.

Aaron Rodgers mentioned, “There are only two options. One of them, cash it in mentally and just become an independent contractor almost, and I’ve seen this during my time. Not really recently but where everybody just kind of comes in and does their work and then goes home. That’s one option.”

“The other option is to seed to the competitive greatness that lies within you. What I mean by that is to let that lake over and to let that be your North Star and your guide and to say I care so deeply about this and I’m so thankful for this opportunity and grateful to still be out there playing that no matter what happens to anybody on the squad including myself,” He added.

Rodgers stated he would come in to train and head out to compete on Sunday. Hopefully, it will be excellent enough to triumph and influence others.

Aaron Rodgers has a scathing response towards criticism

It will not be easy for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers to bounce back in momentum. The franchise is dealing with an abysmal run, and the injury plague could be a reason for it. However, A-Rod is facing severe criticism from all over, especially from the on-screen pundits. But the QB1 could not care less for whatever critique they have for him.

Aaron Rodgers addressed the critics on The Pat McAfee Show. He blandly stated that he delivered touchdown passes countless times and did not care about what any of the experts in the media thought of him.
