It was while enjoying his love for cycling that Graham barely escaped a near-death experience. Graham’s long-time friend and former NFL linebacker AJ Hawk divulged the details on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’.

“He was riding his bike down in Miami yesterday or two days ago. I got pictures. Car turns left, hits him, takes him out. He says he did more damage to the car than the car did to him, He has a slice in his calf that looked like he had worms growing out of it. It was so deep and all the stuff in there you could see, and now he has tons of stitches.” expressed Hawk.

Graham also took to social media to enlighten his fans of the horrific injury he suffered and even poked fun that his body feels exactly the same way it did after games. While Jimmy Graham appears to be living his best life, the multiple facets are extremely intriguing.

While his love for cycling is already well known, the most amusing would have to be his plans of sailing the world.

AJ Hawk shared, “He’s on a boat and he has somebody like a captain that trains him and teaches him everything, Then, he goes on little short two-or-three-day trips now.”
