On an episode of “Undisputed”, the stage was set. Skip Bayless, often critical and frank, posed the looming question: Will Rodgers flourish or falter at the Jets? The tension was palpable. With the Jets gearing up for their opening match against the Buffalo Bills on September 11th, the anticipation escalates.

The conversation took an intriguing turn when skip questioned Keyshawn Johnson. “What if they only think they win ? Is Hard knocks a good thing or a bad thing for Aaron’s new team? Johnson responded, “It’s a distraction thing more than anything.”

The debate intensified as Johnson expressed that, while the Jets have potential, the added distraction could be costly. This is just a subtle way of Johnson saying that ‘Hard Knocks’ can be proved as a valid distraction for Rodgers’ at this moment of time. Adding further, he said, Let’s talk about the Jets; they’ve got the fifth best chance to win the AFC and the 7th best chance, along with the Ravens, to win the entire deal, the ‘Super bowl’.

His transition from player to co-host on FS1’s “Undisputed” has given him a unique perspective on and off the field.

It’s been a while since Keyshawn joined the show. In a previous episode, he had showered Rodgers with praise, specifically admiring his impeccable throwing style. Reminiscing about a preseason game, Johnson emphasized, “Rodgers has an unparalleled flair. The way he executed that throw to Garrett Wilson against the Giants was sheer magic.”
