Christmas is right around the corner, with the day approaching the festivities, and the spirit is already here. Fortunately for the Kansas City Chiefs fans, Randi Mahomes has given them one more reason to be merry about. Seeing their much-adored idol, Patrick Mahomes, sitting on the lap of Santa Claus in a never before seen avatar, was a perfect way to start a day for the fans.

Just a day before Christmas eve, Randi Mahomes decided to tease the fans with a Santa-themed Instagram post. The short collage showed a lot of Mahomes family members as young kids sitting on Santa’s lap. One of them was Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The fans had never seen the pic of the MVP as a kid with Santa. Hence, the post garnered a lot of adoration from the fans who had nothing but praise for the cute sights.

One fan wrote, “These photos are so cute and such great memories.”

One fan even wished them a safe trip and gave some important advice, “Too cute. Have a safe trip. Pack for cold weather.”

Patrick Mahomes’ Christmas gift to his Offensive Linemen

This holiday season, the former Super Bowl winner has decided to go big to show his offensive line some love. The 27-year-old decided to gift all his protectors a set of Taylor Made golf clubs. Rounded off with a custom bag featuring the jersey numbers of all the individual players.

Maybe the quarterback can take his fellow teammates for a day out on a golf course. The MVP front-runner is not a newbie to the sport. In June he teamed up with Bills’ QB Josh Allen to compete with Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers. However, the veterans were victorious in that affair, but as many know, practice makes perfect. “Obviously, we wanted to win, but we were able to give it a good run,” Mahomes said. “Hopefully we can run this back — maybe next offseason.”
