And it feels like that part of his life is still far from over yet.

Deion Sander’s have made it to the news not just for his achievements but also his divorces. Both his ex-wives are both accomplished women who have found success as mothers. Deion and Carolyn Chambers were married for nearly a decade before their divorce in 1998. On the other hand, Pilar has made a name for herself with her TV workout program, Pilar Fit 4Life. While it’s been some time since Deion and Pilar called it quits on their marriage, it still feels far from over. After Prime’s recent life-threatening surgery, ex-Mrs. Sanders had a lot to sayHer IG post read: “Karma is going to hit some of y’all so hard for betraying people who had nothing but good intentions towards you.”

Now, Prime-timers can’t help but wonder if the post was directed toward Pilar’s ex-husband and step-daughter, specifically Deiondra Sanders, with whom she had many disagreements. It seems particularly noteworthy considering Coach Sanders’ recovery from his health struggles with his decade-long girlfriend, Tracey Edmonds. Though, Cowboys ex-Sanders may have taken a step of his own,  when he posted a string of stories stating, “REAL IS RARE AND FAKE IS EVERYWHERE!”

This can be seen as his stand against the many who ‘might not have wished him well’ following his tweet on similar lines, which stated, “Stop trying to get revenge and release yourself from the foolishness and get your Freedom! As long as you seek revenge, you’re incarcerated and don’t even realize it. Release yourself. #CoachPrime.” Now, it’s easy to imagine the subtext behind Prime’s message. After all the hardship he faced with his surgery, it’s time to look up!

Prime Time’s miraculous return to Colorado

Recently, he had surgery to remove a blood clot from his thigh and below his knee. His health has been a struggle, causing him to miss three games during the 2021 season.

But the good news is that the Colorado head coach returned to the team’s practice earlier this week. Excitement filled the air on July 5th as Sanders made a surprise appearance at the Buffaloes’ practice session. Despite being in a wheelchair, he was determined to be there for his team. He watched intently as the Colorado players were put through their paces. As he sat on the sidelines of the indoor football facility, his players and staff took turns saluting him. It showed their respect for the man who had done so much for them. It was a powerful moment that reminded everyone why they loved football and why Sanders was such a crucial part of their success.
