The $250 million contract

Last year, Lamar Jackson apaprently turned down a contract offer from the Ravens believed to be worth around $250 million. Jackson wanted a fully guaranteed contract similar to the likes of Deshaun Watson’s $230 million fully guaranteed contract with the Cleveland Browns. The Ravens had offered Jackson a six-year contract with $133 million guaranteed. This was not close to the offer Watson received and Jackson felt like he was being undervalued by the Ravens.
