With the offseason continuing, teams are just around a month away from beginning their training camps. And Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is using this time before camp to create beautiful memories with his family. Both Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, were recently in Las Vegas where they headed out to enjoy Sin City’s nightlife after the QB’s golf match against NBA stars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson along with his Chiefs teammate Travis Kelce. 

Just prior to Las Vegas, Patrick Mahomes took his entire family to Hawaii for a vacation, while also taking part in the Aloha Golf Classic. Brittany had shared photos of the golf charity event on social media. But recently, she shared more informal, fun-filled snaps of their family vacation in Hawaii.

Brittany acquaints herself with lovable marine creatures!

While Mahomes’ family was present to support him and his foundation 15 and Mahomes for the charity gold event in Hawaii, the QB also made sure to take his wife and kids out for fun activities in Hawaii. And one of those fun activities was making friends with these adorable marine creatures.

Recently, Brittany shared a post on Instagram, sharing various snaps with dolphins. Some of those photos show her posing and smiling with baby Sterling and a dolphin in the background, while in other photos, we see the wife of Patrick Mahomes go for a swim with her marine companions. She even kisses the dolphins in a snap, as getting to spend time with such beautiful creatures in Hawaii must have been a memorable encounter for her and her kids. “Ever snuggled a 400lbs dolphin?😍” is the caption she posted along with her post.

While Brittany was reminiscing about her fond memories of vacationing with her family, fans were left feeling divided over her posing with the marine creatures.

Just like how there are two sides to a coin, fans were also left feeling divided after Mahomes’ wife shared her adorable post with the Dolphins. Some fans were not too enthralled with the Mahomes family spending time with captivated marine creatures.

“No because I don’t support places that put them in captivity.”

“Please educate yourself on dolphin captivity! It is hell for these beautiful creatures.”

“This is extremely disappointing Brit..if they told you it’s a sanctuary, they lied. Sanctuaries don’t allow people to swim with dolphins. Do research on Captive dolphins. I recommend watching the documentary, ‘The Cove’.”

While others were in awe of the photographs along with these majestic marine creatures.
