She recently shared the secret recovery mantra in an Instagram post.

Bündchen shared an uplifting video reel on Instagram with a motivational caption to go with it. The caption featured in both the translated English and Gisele’s native Portuguese. Safe to say that it won’t be just TB12 who will draw inspiration from this message from Gisele.

The former Victoria’s Secret supermodel posted a reel on Sunday, showing her riding a bike with blue skies and palm trees painting the backdrop. Gisele looked in tune with mother nature. The reel played to the tune of ADMT’s cover of the TRINIX and Rushawn song, ‘It’s a Beautiful Day’.

Although she specifically didn’t mention anything about her separation from the former NE Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, he could definitely use these words of wisdom in his own post-divorce and retirement life, as both of them are going through the same journey. Gisele also finally opened up about the divorce in an exclusive Vanity Fair interview last month.

Speaking from Costa Rica, Gisele ended months of silence with her first major interview since the separation from Brady. Contrary to what many thought, the former celebrity couple still has tons of mutual love and respect, despite the unraveling of their marriage. Gisele even left an endearing message for TB12 after his second retirement.

“Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart. As time goes by, we realize that we just wanted different things, and now we have a choice to make. That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person,” Gisele said to Vanity Fair. “When you love someone, you don’t put them in jail and say, ‘You have to live this life.’ You set them free to be who they are, and if you want to fly in the same direction, then that’s amazing.” Surely, fans can hope for both Bundchen and Brady to continue to prosper in their individual lives and keep being the awesome parents that they are, even if they’ve gone their different ways.
