Deion Sanders has been the coach of Jackson State since September 2020. While the team played Alabama State, there was a lot of friction between the two head coaches, as witnessed by their coming together by the end. Opposing Eddie Robinson Jr. was angry with the former NFL star. Feeling disrespected by his words and actions. While both men walked to the middle of the field to shake hands after a Jackson State Tigers’ 26-12 victory over the Hornets. Sanders tried pulling Robinson in for a hug after the handshake. But the opposition coach who shoved him and walked away refused him the courtesy.

This was just the beginning of the animosity between the two. After the game, Eddie Robinson Jr. went on to say, “He ain’t SWAC. I’m SWAC.” His fury was not at the defeat itself, but the manner of disrespect he felt from Deion Sanders and his men. Eventually confirming their win by the dying minutes of the game.

In a befitting reply to the Alabama State coach, Deion Sanders uploaded a video of him dancing to a remix of his latest comments. As he won the SWAC coach of the year in 2021. In response to Robinson, the two-time Super Bowl champion asked, “who is SWAC if I ain’t SWAC?”

The quote has since gone viral and a fan released a remix of it. Now dancing to the same tune, and sporting his new I’m SWAC merch. Sanders has come out firing. And his savageness did not go unnoticed.

Lamar Jackson approves the GOAT’s message

Baltimore Ravens quarterback and former NFL MVP Lamar Jackson retweeted the post and topped it off with a goat emoji. Further garnering attention from fans and receiving praise for having the coach’s back.

While Deion Sanders is having a very successful college coaching career, this one fan hopes to see the two united.

Impressed with the routine, one fan even questioned if head coach John Harbaugh would let the Ravens warm up like this.

When the season ends, the quarterback’s rookie contract will also be concluding. Even though there is the franchise tag option available for him. The team will have to make adjustments to make room for a mega contract with their current cap space. Additionally, with so many quarterbacks making a ton of money in this inflated market. Lamar Jackson would be in no hurry.
