Dallas Cowboys have released Ezekiel Elliott, a 27-year-old Pro Bowl selection who had been chosen three times, on the very first day when NFL teams were permitted to sign free agents. Reportedly, the decision was influenced by his salary and fitness, despite the team’s previous interest in keeping him. Elliott had signed an expensive contract with the Cowboys in the 2019 offseason.

Elliott’s mother, Dawn Elliott, is known for being a dedicated and supportive fan of her son. She stands by him on all matters and is unafraid to show her unwavering support. Ezekiel Elliott’s early life began in Alton, Illinois, where he was born to parents who were both college athletes. As a rookie, Elliott showed his gratitude towards his parents by surprising them with a new home.
