Tom Brady has made millions from his NFL career. And that is not the only source of income for the 45-year-old retired NFL GOAT. He also owns various business ventures, including his own clothing and sports brand. For his post-retirement life, Brady has agreed to a lucrative $375 million contract as an analyst for Fox from 2024, along with investments in various genres of the sports world. Bring in his ex-wife and supermodel Gisele Bundchen into the picture, and they both had a combined net worth of around $650 million.
And over the years, both Brady and Bundchen have made investments in owning lavish real estate throughout the country. His most recent purchase was the $17 million mansion in Miami, also known as the ‘Billionaire’s Bunker.’ And now, one of his $23 million mansions, where he had resided earlier, is set to be demolished in the coming days ahead.
$23 million Tampa Bay rental of Tom Brady set to meet its end

When Tom Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, he rented out MLB legend Derek Jeter’s $23 million luxurious mansion in South Tampa on lease. He had decided to live there with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and his kids before shifting to a different option on Riviera Drive. The $23 million mega-mansion stands at the pinnacle of luxury. The 21,000 plus sq. ft property boasts seven bedrooms, sixteen bathrooms, a club room, and many other lavish amenities. But now, it is going to be demolished in the coming days ahead.
The property was already decided to be torn down last year. According to an article by the Marca, St.Jetersburg, which the mansion is famously known is being demolished for various reasons. The first is the new flooding regulations, and also the reason that the mega-mansion is sitting on three different lots. When citing the reasons why Brady left the mansion during the Howard Stern show in 2020, the 7X Super Bowl champion said that he was an “introvert”. He said, “I forgot people could drive up to your house. Here they can pull up right to the back of the house.” He talked about how he feels his house is his place to let loose and “relax”.

While the $23 million mega-mansion is set to meet its end soon, this is not the only property the 45-year-old invested in.

A peek into Brady’s real estate portfolio
Apart from this Tampa home, both Brady and Bundchen invested in the renovation of their Miami home prior to their divorce. The ‘Billionaire’sBunker’ has all the luxury amenities such as a meditation garden, yoga terrace, multiple kitchens, and separate bathroom suites for both Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen. The ex-couple also had a beautifully designed mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts. The contemporary country-looking mansion was built by architect Richard Landry, who also designed the ex-couples home in Brentwood. This mansion later on sold for around $7 million in 2021. They also shared a home in the super exclusive Yellowstone Club in Montana, where other rich and famous people like Bill Gates reside. These houses are worth between $5.7 million to around $30 million, with many luxurious amenities provided.
