Tom Brady explains the importance of nutrition and recovery 

Being an athlete, Tom Brady knows the importance of rest and recovery. Even if someone works out, that is not the only factor that will help build their body. Bodies are not made in the gym. They are made on the plate and in the bed. Proper nutrition and recovery are required to build the ultimate physique.

While working out, you damage your muscles, and to help them grow and recover, proper nutrition and sleep are required. TB12 has recently posted about Tom Brady’s diet. They shared what the GOAT ate during his game days. The proper amount of protein and vitamins were mentioned in the post which kept the legendary quarterback going for such a long time. 

While the nutritional aspect of the lifestyle was covered, TB12 wanted to shine some light on the recovery side of things. In order to explain the importance of sleep, the brand made a sleeping routine for the fans to follow.

The Ultimate Sleep Routine

TB12 recently made a post on Instagram. The caption of the post was “Build the Ultimate Sleep Routine,” It explained how everyone benefits from a good night’s sleep. But getting proper sleep is easier said than done. So Tom Brady and his brand have come up with a routine to help us all.

It starts at 7 PM. The routine asks everyone to get pliable. Roll out for 20 minutes before going to bed. At 8 PM, unwind with some bedtime tea. Around 9, TB12 advised us to put our phones down and relax our minds. Play some music or listen to podcasts. At 9:45 PM, one should meditate and think.
