The wide receiver’s statement is a class act of showcasing his boundless respect for both athletes. Russell and Wagner are, without doubt, two of the best teammates one might have.

Moreover, letting go of both athletes is rather unfortunate, given their performance led the Seattle Seahawks led towards a Super Bowl XLVIII triumph.

Receiver Metcalf will now play for the team that looks nothing like it did ever since he first arrived three years ago. Over three seasons, he has accumulated 3,170 yards, 216 receptions, 3187 yards from scrimmage, and 29 touchdowns. Even though the athlete signed a 4 -year, $4,586,050 deal, he has locked eyes over the summer Olympics as well, as he will begin training once he fully recovers from the surgery.
