Arch Manning’s news was put up by the official NFL Rookie Watch. They announced that the young QB will supposedly be eligible for the 2026 draft. However, fans went on to absolutely mock the announcement as well as the QB.
Fans went off on Twitter to provide some humorous comments on the young QB’s predictions. One fan spoke about how the high school QB hasn’t even had any college experience.
Bro didn’t play a single snap and y’all talking about the NFL draft

Furthermore, there were fans who were concerned about the QB’s high school graduation.
Maybe let the kid graduate from high school first.

There was also a slightly rude comment based on why the young QB is mentioned on the NFL Rookie Watch.
Dude hasn’t even practiced yet and y’all already talking about a draft? Just because his last name is manning doesn’t mean you gotta do face down ass up
— Jackson Moore (@jackattac00) December 22, 2022
However, there were some supportive comments.
THE NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS SELECT
— Glacier🇧🇩🇱🇷🇳🇬 (@confidentfuckup) December 21, 2022
However, most comments were about letting the high-schooler graduate first.
Bro looks like he’s 14 years old 😂
— Rich Jordan (@RichJordan314) December 21, 2022
All in all, the comments were about letting the player actually perform on the college level before displaying him on Rookie Watch. The young QB has notably become a big deal for high school and college football. Some of the hype is surely owed to the quarterback’s play. However, speculations are that it also might be because of his notoriously famous last name. He even got a huge reception from colleges that were recruiting him.

The Texans’ grand welcome
While Manning was being wooed by different colleges, Texas went all out to bring in the young kid. The young QB got quite a lavish Longhorn welcome, with luxuries beyond imagination at high-end hotels and ships. The Texans spared absolutely no expense making the conditions the most hospitable for Manning and his family. It seems like this treatment worked.
After the high-school QB has committed to Texas, it will be interesting to see how well he performs for the Longhorns. It remains to be seen how well the QB will perform and how much of an NFL prospect he proves to be.
