Despite 11 Years of Dating, Watching 6’2 Hubby Patrick Mahomes Do This Remains Brittany Mahomes ‘Best Thing’

Patrick Mahomes is enjoying a time of growth and love in his life. From his excellent performance on the field for the Kansas City Chiefs to his beautiful bond with his family, the QB is experiencing a holistic life from all aspects. Ever since the Chiefs drafted him in 2015, Mahomes is making his way to solidifying his name as one of the game-changing QBs in the league. With already two Super Bowl rings under his belt, his wife Brittany has always been his number one supporter.

And not just during his professional NFL career, Mahomes and Brittany have spent around 11 years of their lives together. From college to building a family, they have a beautiful journey to always look back at. And Brittany recently shared the ‘best thing’ she likes about this relationship she shares with her NFL husband.

Brittany can’t seem to get enough of Patrick Mahomes taking up the dad role 

The couple have been dating for over a decade now. They share two children with each other. They had their first child named Sterling in 2021. Then, in 2022, they had their second child, who is lovingly called Baby Bronze. Being a dad must certainly be a more unique experience altogether than playing in the NFL for Patrick Mahomes. But it is something that his wife enjoys thoroughly in their relationship, as she gets to witness her long-time lover be the man of their family. 

Brittany recently shared a heartwarming Instagram story to showcase just how much she enjoys building a family with the Chiefs QB. The story shows Mahomes and his daughter Sterling on the floor, lying next to each other watching something on his phone. It seems like they were giving Brittany some company while she fed Baby Sterling, as she captioned the post, “The best thing I can ever watch🥺these two while I feed Bronzie boy😍.” Mahomes even reposted the story on his own Instagram, which just goes to show how much he enjoys being a dad to two wonderful children.

Building a future with someone is a difficult task in itself. But Brittany and her NFL husband’s journey just goes to show that things always work out with the right person.

A journey to look back for Brittany and Mahomes

The duo first started dating each other as teenage sweethearts back in high school. And they both were athletes on their own terms. Mahomes played baseball and football, while Brittany played soccer. Despite going to different colleges, they both decided to stay in Texas close to each other. This helped their relationship develop even further. When Mahomes was drafted by the Chiefs in the 2017 NFL Draft, even his wife signed her own contract with Iceland’s pro soccer team. In 2020, Patrick Mahomes proposed to Brittany at Arrowhead Stadium itself, after which they got married on March 2022. The couple recently celebrated their first anniversary together and are striving for greater success in the future.

While Mahomes gears up to lead the Chiefs to another possible Super Bowl win in the new season, his family will always be the safe space he can count on and retire back to when things get tough.
