Football GOAT Tom Brady finds himself with a new billionaire neighbor. Just like the title, the mansion sits within Miami’s prestigious Indian Creek Island, dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker“. TB12’s house in the area was initially revealed by aerial pictures in late 2021, and it was clear that the construction was ongoing. It was also reported that Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Co-bought the Miami plot for $17 million, one year before the aerial pictures were released.

In a recent development, this newly minted billionaire has acquired a mansion in the football legend’s vicinity, at a staggering price that would astonish many. Surpassing the annual earnings of any NFL athlete, the house dates back to 1965.

This stately residence, situated on a sprawling 1.1-hectare expanse, boasts three bedrooms and dates back to 1965. It occupies a prominent spot on the renowned and exclusive man-made barrier island within the larger Miami region. Functioning as a separate municipality complete with its own mayor and police force, it’s widely regarded as the most expensive city in the United States. Bezos will soon share his neighborhood not only with Brady but also with billionaire investor Carl Icahn and Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump. As of now, his representatives have refrained from making any statements.
