The Browns’ QB1 might be off the game due to suspension. But he is making use of the contract money with some asset acquisition.
As per Mansion Global, Deshaun Watson paid nearly $5.4 million for an English-style villa in Hunting Valley, a posh Cleveland suburb. The stately five-bedroom property was built in 2006 and endured renovations in 2021. The 17,000-square-foot manor has many high-end functionalities. Moreover, the estate has a gourmet kitchen, a nearly 3,000-square-foot fitness room, a cigar and tasting space, an office, and a media room.

Deshaun Watson’s new estate encompasses 5.79 acres. It has plentiful exterior luxuries. It has a furnished fishing lake, a pool, a tennis court, a volleyball court, patios, and a carriage house. The main bedroom suite provides a bathroom, a changing room, and an office. Moreover, the lower club level includes a 12-seat cinema, a gaming space, a lounge, and a bar area.
The listings mentioned the property to be “the most prestigious and remarkable property in the region.” Deshaun Watson got quite a choice in house hunting and asset purchases.

The Cleveland Browns’ next practice came on Wednesday, and Watson was allowed to join his teammates on the field. Additionally, as per NFL.com, Browns GM Andrew Berry mentioned Watson would play against his former team, the Texans.
