NFC South Teams have been gunning for the QB. New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers, two teams without a solid option for 2022 at the QB spot, have reached out to the Texans. And as per Ian Rapoport, a deal is underway, beginning with a meeting of Watson and potential teams.
The #Saints and #Panthers have made offers for #Texans QB Deshaun Watson and are likely to meet with him soon, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. Other teams also are involved. Watson has a no-trade clause and wants to meet with teams before formally waiving it anywhere.

It is also reported that the deal will be amicable and benefit both the parties involved. According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Texans have a set price in mind in exchange. They will trade Watson for at least three first-round picks and more. This would solidify the future for the Texans who are letting go of a franchise QB.

It seems there are many potential landing spots for the Quarterback. The Saints have been struggling at the helm ever since Drew Brees left. The Panthers on the other hand have been trying to jumpstart their once Superbowl caliber team that seems to be on the brink of irrelevance. Although, how well he will be able to adapt to new conditions remains to be seen.
