Patrick Mahomes is living an amazing life. The NFL superstar has been in top form in the new season. The 27 YO is in his fifth year with the Kansas City Chiefs. Mahomes fans had another reason to relish on Saturday. The star had his name and college No.5 unveiled in the Texas Tech ring of honor. The special incident occurred during the halftime of the Tech-Baylor game. Several fans expressed excitement over the achievement.

They poured out many love emojis to congratulate the top star. A user commented “legendary” while a Chiefs fan wrote “QB No.1”. Another fan wished it had been shown on TV. Meanwhile, a fan added that’s my quarterback, and another admirer called Mahomes the GOAT. A user thought it was a well-deserved achievement. Even Niners DE Kerry Hyder congratulated Mahomes by writing, “Congrats bro.”

Brother Jackson Mahomes also joined the NFL world in congratulating the superstar. “Texas Tech Hall of Fame. Congrats bro.” he wrote.

Earlier, the top star was inducted into the Texas Tech Athletics Hall Of Fame in a private ceremony. Fans applauded and the star QB looked elated while receiving the award. Mahomes is the eighth member of the program’s Ring of Honor.

The top performer led the FBS in total offense in two of his three years. He continued his top show and finished his Texas Tech career with 11,252 passing yards and 93 passing touchdowns.

The future GOAT has already won a Super Bowl, been named the NFL’s MVP and Super Bowl MVP, and been selected for four Pro Bowls. It has granted him a special position among the existing superstars.
