Sitting on nearly 5,300 square feet of land, the farmhouse has been listed at nearly $1.5 million. A high ask, but for a structure of its size and luxury, some have called the price a steal.

Sanders listed the house on realtor websites, and it features 5 beds and just about 4.5 bathrooms. The luxury farmhouse has been decked up extravagantly with its lavish decor, justifying the price tag. And to add to it, the property also includes 4 horse stalls in a 2 bedroom barn and a 4-acre lake!
