Deebo Samuel Makes Damning Statement Amidst Swirling Trade Rumours: “Everybody Want They Voice to be Heard About a Situation They Know Nothing About”

These days, social media has become a platform for NFL players to showcase their discontent with their current team. Once again, the disgruntled wide receiver Deebo Samuel used Twitter to share a cryptic message for the fans about his current situation in the franchise.

Despite playing under his rookie contract, Samuel requested a trade from the San Francisco 49ers a few days ago. Moreover, the draft days have started, and the stakes are quite high. Now it has become essential for the team to make a choice, whether to keep him or to find a new landing spot for the wide receiver.

On 27th April, taking to Twitter, Deebo Samuel had a special message for the fans, who were speculating about his trade. “Too real to entertain half the stuff y’all be saying but it does be funny though,” Samuel wrote, “everybody wants their voice to be heard about a situation they know nothing about…” Samuel added to his tweet.

According to him, the NFL fans don’t have the full story regarding his trade request from the team. A few days ago, ESPN’s Jeff Darlington was the first person to break the news. He revealed that Samuel was asking for a trade from the Niners and didn’t want to indulge in any kind of negotiations.

“Breaking News: I just spoke to wide receiver Deebo Samuel — and he told me that he has asked the 49ers to trade him. He did not want to discuss specific reasons behind his request, but he has indeed let the 49ers know his desire to leave the organization. More to come” Jeff tweeted.

Soon, the NFL insider, Ian Rapoport came up with his theories and clarified that money was never an issue with him otherwise the problem would have been resolved with adequate negotiations.

One of the main reasons that concern Samuel is the way the Niners use him. He plays a hybrid role as a wide receiver and a running back for the team. A few days ago, Samuel broke his silence for the first time by sharing a cryptic tweet for his fans.

What did Deebo Samuel say?

Previously, Samuel blamed the media for misquoting the situation. “Reporters’ jobs is to make stories only people know the truth about the situation of 49ers ToryDandy and Deebo Samuel,” Samuel wrote on Twitter.

However, he deleted the tweet later on. Again it was a strange message from the receiver without clear thought as to why he wanted to leave the franchise. Certainly, losing him at this time will prove to be a big blow for the team.

Samuel has recorded 77 catches for 1,405 yards and six touchdowns while averaging a league-high 18.2 yards per catch. He also was a key factor in the running game, as he ran for 365 yards and completed 8 touchdowns on 59 carries. As the draft days have officially begun, it will be exciting to see how the Niners manage to accommodate new players while Samuel is still on the roster.
