San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel is truly a great team player and believes in his QB Jimmy Garoppolo. The versatile and standout performer for San Francisco, Samuel was pointing out how Garoppolo has been part of so many victories. He believes his QB is getting some unnecessary stick despite enjoying success with the 49ers. While Deebo does have a case, critics have a completely different point of view on Garoppolo’s victories.

He does have a high winning percentage in his position like Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady, Lamar Jackson, and Roger Staubach. He is going to lead his franchise to their 2nd straight NFC Championship game in 3 years. While he is currently 37-15 in terms of career record including playoffs, the statistic is widely seen to be useless. The stat doesn’t clearly discuss Jimmy G’s impact on the team which has been the argument.
He is widely considered to be more of a passenger rather than the driver of San Francisco’s victories. The 49ers have historically won their games in spite of him throwing for only 200 yards. The 2019 season does really capture how the team isn’t really affected by Jimmy G’s contributions.
Deebo Samuel Believes In Jimmy Garoppolo
NFL analysts do believe that if any other QB plays in the 49ers team, they win as many or more games. Jimmy G isn’t really a needle mover in terms of winning football games and doesn’t have statistics or performances to back himself. The 49ers’ defense did play a huge game in their victory over the Green Bay Packers during their Divisional Round matchup.
It is true that Jimmy G is 4-1 in the playoffs which did propel Samuel to question the critics about him. He did state while asking, “Kraxy how y’all have so much to say about our quarterback…. Check His Win Percentage…. Okay I’ll Wait.“
Kraxy how y’all have so much to say about our quarterback…. Check His Win Percentage…. Okay I’ll Wait. Pure Winner @JimmyG_10

It is true factually that he is the San Francisco 49ers QB but not someone who is a born leader. It is the team that carries him rather than how NFL QBs carry their teams.
