The Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is known for making some questionable decisions ever since he took over the franchise. In recent years, the team’s success has deteriorated greatly, and the fans blame it all on Jones. America’s Team has not won a Super Bowl since 1995. Their glory days are long gone.

Recently, the American sports columnist Skip Bayless had a pretty unique pitch for Jerry Jones. This idea might even save the Dallas Cowboys moving forward. But they cannot really execute it because of some uneven salary cap distribution. Bayless is a Cowboys fan himself, but even he is losing hope in the team.
What did Skip Bayless propose to Jerry Jones?
The Dallas Cowboys are in dire need of a change. They need some pretty huge offensive weapons in the next season. But the franchise has been very quiet this offseason. They haven’t made any notable additions to the roster. The Cowboys have lost more than they have gained in the downtime.
Some major names, including Randy Gregory and Amari Cooper, have parted ways with the franchise this offseason. Gregory left due to a contract dispute. They traded the star Cooper wide receiver Cooper to the Cleveland Browns to free up some salary cap. Dallas has used that money to pay their star quarterback, Dak Prescott.
Hey, Jerry Jones, why not offer your first and a couple of your fifth rounders for Deebo? He would change your life. Oh, that's right, you spent way too much of your cap on Dak, and Deebo wants beyond-Tyreek $$$.

Skip Bayless thinks that the franchise is paying Prescott more than he deserves. They need a star-wide receiver to replace Cooper as well. In a recent tweet, Bayless wrote, “Hey, Jerry Jones, why not offer your first and a couple of your fifth rounders for [Deebo Jackson]?” He adds, “He would change your life. Oh, that’s right, you spent way too much of your cap on [Dak Prescott], and Deebo wants beyond-[Tyreek Hill].” The San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel is one of the best in the game currently. He could be a perfect fit for the Cowboys. But the receiver knows his worth and won’t settle for anything less. It would be a difficult task for the Cowboys considering their current salary cap.
