The Raiders have lost six games until now. Recently, they lost against the Jacksonville Jaguars. They miserably lost against the New Orleans Saints by a score of 24-0. The tweet from Saturday comes a day after the embarrassing matchup.
Raiders look horrible

And now, the Las Vegas Raiders will face the Colts on Sunday. The game will mark the debut of the Indianapolis veteran since he was recently announced as the interim head coach of the team. Although the Raiders are not at their best, fans will still be excited to watch two teams who are struggling heavily play on the field.
Is the hire of Jeff Saturday a rebuke to all coaching careerists?
Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay offered the job of the interim head coach to the former Colts’ center, Jeff Saturday. He played for the franchise for thirteen seasons, won a Super Bowl title, and is a six-time Pro Bowler. All those accolades look perfectly well for a veteran. However, a good deal of many may question: How can an ESPN analyst, who has no experience as a coach at the college or NFL level, become an interim coach?
Inexperienced coaches never truly reaped benefits for the teams. Some believe that the only reason Irsay hired Saturday was because of their long years of friendship.

The only coaching experience Jeff Saturday holds is in guiding a private high school to a 55% win-loss record.
But the 63-year-old CEO was “glad” that the 47-year-old did not have NFL experience. “I’m glad he hasn’t learned the fear that’s in this league. Because it’s tough for all our coaches. They’re afraid.”

However, despite the animosity surrounding Saturday’s hiring, he may prove to be a good choice. Since the team is falling apart, hiring a former champion may make sense for them. The biggest problem lies in the offense of Indianapolis. Saturday was a legendary center during his era. Therefore, his skill of understanding protection may help the team.
