The Mahomes were warmly welcomed with some of the friendliest interactions in their new home. Just a few weeks ago, fans got a special peek into their new place through Patrick Mahomes‘ docu-series, ‘Quarterback’ on Netflix. The 8-acre mansion with tall trees surrounding it looked stunning in the aerial photo. But things took an unexpected turn when Brittany, Patrick’s wife, revealed that their home had some unwelcome guests.

Surprisingly, these invaders turned out to be quite friendly, however, the KC Current owner demanded compensation for causing damage to her plants. As they settle into the neighborhood, even their adorable daughter, Sterling, has some updates to share.

The invaders in question are actually cute and fluffy beavers who made their new home beside the beautiful pond of the house. As the 2X MVP heads off to training camp, small animals have started wandering onto their property. Brittany playfully took it to her Instagram story to update her fans with the news and jokingly asked if the beavers were willing to give her fair compensation for the damage. As the Chiefs‘ man breaks a sweat on the gridiron, the Mahomes are surely rooting for him to dominate the upcoming season. However, their invader problem has only increased.

Mahomes’ new house had yet another interaction with animals

Just hours after Brittany’s update about the Beavers, two fawns got stuck in their fence. She shared a video of the incident, holding the kids on her lap. Sterling looked curiously at the camera, while Bronze relaxed in the strap-on carrier. Brittany walked around the football field, asking for help to reunite the fawns with their mother, who jumped over the fence. It was a heartwarming gesture indeed. Notably, Mahomes’ new house is surrounded by long trees, almost like a wildlife sanctuary area, which might be the reason these animals keep wandering onto the property.
