Green Bay Packers defeat the LA Rams 36-28
After last week’s surprise loss to the Minnesota Vikings, the Packers returned to form splendidly. Considering Aaron Rodgers’ injury and poor form in general, the Green and Gold put up a complete performance to pull off this victory over the Rams.
Aaron Rodgers, as always, was the star for the Packers. The 37-year-old QB scored two Touchdowns and threw for 307 yards against the Rams. Fortunately for him, it was not a solo effort as he had ample support from wide receiver Davante Adams. The WR led the team with eight catches for 104 yards in the win over the Rams.
All said and done- it was a complete performance from the Packers to get back to winning ways. Thanks to this win, amongst 12 matches, the Packers now sit atop the NFC North with an impressive 9 wins.

Davante Adams trolls Odell Beckham Jr over asking for a jersey
A few weeks ago, Odell Beckham Jr‘s transfer speculation was all the rage, with every other NFL player making their case. Eventually, OBJ made a move to the Rams, but the rumor mill indicated he was super close to joining the Packers.
Before the game, NFL Network’s Michael Irvin interviewed Packers star wide receiver Davante Adams and asked him if he had tried to recruit Beckham. To everyone’s surprise, Adams showed hostility in his response and threw shade at the Rams’ wide receiver. Adams mentioned Beckham had asked him for his jersey after Sunday’s game, but he denied the request.

“We did talk two days ago, he said he needed a jersey after the game. I told him go get a Cooper Kupp jersey since that’s obviously his guy, and that’s who he wanted to be with,” said Adams cheekily. However, post-match, the Packers WR clarified that it is all fun and games between the duo, and after the clash, Adams gave OBJ his jersey.
